Payment Process


Payment is strictly to be made on the day of the appointment and can be arranged by direct transfer, credit or eftpos. 

Cancellation Policy


A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend an appointment. The cancellation is required during business hours in order to allow sufficient time to offer the appointment time to other clients. The appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, so all missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a full fee.

Please note that fees for late cancellations or appointments not attended are not covered by any funding schemes and therefore no rebates will apply.
